Madrid gathered community leaders, artists and experts in coexistence to mark cultural diversity and peaceful coexistence. The round table included a representative of the Bahá’í Community of Spain, Fernando Hernández of the Madrid Municipal Police Diversity Management Unit, flamenco eu newspapers artist Tito Losada, and Denise González. Speakers offered different experiences and viewpoints on how open dialogue can strengthen coexistence.
Throughout the gathering, participants explored themes such as religious freedom, intercultural coexistence and human dignity. Fundación Mejora framed the initiative with Scientology’s emphasis on ethical values and community improvement. Ivan Arjona, representative of the Church of Scientology to European and international institutions, said that cultural and religious diversity contributes to democratic life when accompanied by mutual understanding and responsibility.
